The formation of Interquip Group began in the United States in January, 1970 with the founding of Comtec Economation Inc. The initial focus of this company was to design and manufacture equipment used in the production of quartz crystal devices. Interquip Group's formation occurred in 1978 and Interquip Electronics current activities now include a much broader range than when it was initially established, including the manufacture of a broad range of frequency control products.
