Clear Logic  Company Overview

Clear Logic was a fabless manufacturer of semiconductor integrated circuits and offered a new technology that created low cost factory- configured mass production alternatives for Altera FPGA based and CPLD-based designs. All products were fully compatible with Altera functionality, pin outs, and architectures. Clear Logic offered low cost production replacements for Altera's MAX 7000A, MAX 7000E, MAX 7000S, and FLEX 8000A and FLEX 10K products.

Clear Logic was sued by Altera and filed Chapter 11 in 2002.
