Amlogic Inc., founded in 1995 and headquartered in Santa Clara, California, is a leading supplier of highly integrated system-on-a-chip solutions in the fast growing multimedia and internet consumer markets. Amlogic's MPEG2 hardware core with a superior video processor delivers guaranteed video quality without frame drop in worst-case conditions. The AMDSP Audio processor provides the flexibility to decode various audio formats such as AC-3, DTS, MP3, CD and other new standards like DVD audio or AAC. The recently developed AMSOC architecture gives Amlogic a solid foundation for developing cost effective DVD on a chip, Set top Box, digital recorder, video on internet and HDTV products.
