Condor is a subsidiary of SL Industries, Inc., a public company that designs, manufactures and markets power electronics, power motion and power protection equipment that is used in a variety of aerospace, computer, datacom, industrial, medical, telecom, transportation and utility equipment applications.

Condor DC Power Supplies and SL Industries merged in 2006 to form the new company, SL Power Electronics Corp.
