Founded in Heitersheim, Germany in 1973 for the production of electronic components, from November, 2003 the company is named Diotec Semiconductor AG. Diotec stands for production and sales of Semiconductor Diodes and Rectifiers with more than 30 years of experience. New products like Diacs and Transistors round off its line card.
