ESMT EliteMT  Company Overview

Elite Semiconductor Memory Technology Inc.(ESMT), is a Taiwan-based memory IC design company founded in June, 1998. In contrast to most DRAM suppliers, ESMT is focused on specialty DRAM memories which are used in PC peripherals, IA products, consumer products, optical devices and communication devices. Along with its subsidiary, Elite Memory Technology Inc. (EliteMT), ESMT has been positioning itselve to market densities from 1Mb to 128 Mb and a wide variety of specialty DRAM products, including FP, EDO, SDRAM and DDR. ESMT's SRAM products are focused more narrowly, mainly on high speed and low power memories. In 2005, ESMT acquired Advanic, a Taiwan-based analog and mixed signal design company. This extended our product line to mixed signal devices, including audio ADC/DAC and class D amplifiers.

ESMT EliteMT  Products

The types of products manufactured by ESMT EliteMT include FPM DRAM, EDO DRAM, SDRAM, Mobile SDRAM, DDR DRAM, High Speed SRAM, Low Power SRAM, Pseudo SRAM, and Flash Memory.
