In-System Design - Cypress  Company Overview

Founded in Boise, Idaho in 1994, In-System Design Inc. (ISD) has a history of innovative input/output (I/O) design and ASIC development. ISD specializes in I/O bridging products and was one of the first companies to be placed on the USB Integrators List. In-System Design markets single chip and SmartCable(TM) USB connectivity products as well as a family of personal data management devices. In-System Design, Inc. was acquired by Cypress Semiconductor in August, 2001. Cypress's product portfolio includes a broad selection of wired and wireless USB devices, CMOS image sensors, timing solutions, network search engines, specialty memories, high-bandwidth synchronous and micropower memory products, optical solutions, and reconfigurable mixed-signal arrays for the consumer, computation, data communications, automotive, industrial, and solar markets.
