LesAg HBB - SeCos GmbH  Company Overview

Founded in 1960 as an East German State-owned company named SeCoS Halbleitertechnologie GmbH specializing in the manufacture of transistors, diodes and MOSFETs, the company was renamed LesAg HBB and privatized in 1989. In 1996, LesAg HBB was renamed SeCos GmbH, and investments were made for the modernization of its factories. Major products include Schottky Diodes, TVS, and small Signal Transistors.
