MOSPEC Semiconductor  Company Overview

MOSPEC Semiconductor Corp. is a subsidiary of the President Enterprises Corp. which is one of the largest companies in Taiwan. Since 1987, Mospec has been a joint venture company between President Enterprises Corp. and Mospower Technology, Inc.(MTI), a U.S. company specialized in power semiconductors.
