Micro Quality Semiconductor - Microsemi  Company Overview

Micro Quality Semiconductor was acquired by Microsemi Corporation and became a wholly-owned subsidiary company. Subsequently, Micro Quality Semiconductor acquired the assets of Varo Quality Semiconductor of Garland, Texas after Varo was foreclosed on by its banks. Micro Quality Semiconductor's products have since been fully integrated into the Microsemi product line and it is no longer operating as an independent business unit.
