Nemic Lambda - TDK-Lambda  Company Overview

Nemic Lambda was formed in June, 1978 and has since been recognized as a leading developer and manufacturer of complete power solutions. 

Nemic Lambda merged with Nippon Electric Industry Co. Ltd. in October, 1999, and changed its name to Densei-Lambda.

During 2008, Densei-Lambda became a wholly owned subsidiary of the TDK group and was merged with  TDK's Power Systems business unit to form TDK-Lambda Corporation.
