Pacific Monolithics - Richardson Electronics  Company Overview

Richardson Electronics acquired the assets of Pacific Monolithics RFIC group in 1998 and continue to provide full support to the product line, with production at two independent wafer fabs, while automated test is done at our Lafox, IL facility. The Pacific Monolithics Division of Richardson Electronics offers a full range of low cost, packaged RF integrated circuits for Cellular, PCS and ISM bands.
