RF Prime is now Premier Devices. Premier Devices, Inc., headquartered in the Silicon Valley, is fast becoming the engineering and manufacturing partner of choice among the world's leading systems and subsystems-class companies. Since 1999, Premier Devices has built its business lines (RF Products, CATV Amplifiers, Substrates, Integrated Solutions, and Manufacturing Solutions) to meet the dynamic challenges facing its customers.

Premier Devices was acquired by Sirenza Microdevices in February, 2006.  Subsequently, Sirenza Microdevices was acquired by RF Micro Devices in November, 2007.
