Rise Technology, was a short lived microprocessor manufacturer that produced the Intel x86 MMX compatible mP6 processor.

Rise Technology was acquired by SiS at the end of 1999.

Silicon Integrated Systems Corp. (SiS) is a worldwide leader in the development of leading-edge logic products, including core logic, multimedia, communication and embedded system. In Feb. 2006, SiS announced the expansion of its product lines to DRAM Module. With this new product, SiS can not only diversify its product lines but also satisfy various customers' requirements to be stronger competitor in the market.
