Solitron Devices  Company Overview

Solitron's focus is on designing and manufacturing high performance, high density, high quality power components and circuitry.  Solitron is a MIL-PRF-38534 (Class H) and MIL-PRF-38535 (Class M) Certified and Qualified hybrid circuit manufacturing facility. The company's discrete and hybrid devices are manufactured to withstand the environmental screening requirements for MIL-PRF-19500, MIL-PRF-38534 (Class H) and MIL-PRF-38535 (Class M), or to a customer supplied Source Control Drawing/Specification Control Drawing including "Space" level processing.
