Transilica was acquired by Microtune in 2001.

Transilica, Inc. is a designer of system-on-chip silicon products for next generation short-range wireless applications. Microtune designs and develops RF silicon and subsystems technologies that enable entertainment and communications across the most popular and ubiquitous consumer products: TVs, Internet devices, cars, and phones.

In December 2010, Zoran Corporation acquired Microtune, Inc. 

Zoran is a leading provider of digital solutions for the digital entertainment and digital imaging markets.

In February 2011, Zoran announced it was merging with CSR plc, a global leader in wireless connectivity (including WLAN and Bluetooth) and location chip technology such as GPS based in the UK.
