(Prominent) was incorporated in October of 1997, by industry experts as a Privately held, Fabless RF & Mixed Signal semiconductor company to provide a total solution to the wireless communications market through the development, testing, and sale of integrated chipsets, application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) and application-specific standard products (ASSPs).
