Vertical Circuits, Inc. (VCI) is a global supplier of semiconductor and electronic products and services to worldwide commercial, aerospace, and military customers. VCI was formed by the merger of TRW Components International, (TRWCI) and Cubic Memory Inc.

in October, 1999. VCIs Advanced Semiconductor Products business unit has developed a die-level vertical interconnect process for the manufacture of ultra high-speed/high-density semiconductor components. VCI applies the technology to the manufacture of high density SRAM, Flash, and DRAM memory modules. The Space Electronic Components business unit is a supplier of high reliability electronic components and design support services to the space industry. VCIs Ground Systems business unit supplies custom, turnkey full-tracking ground stations to the commercial space industry.
