Westcode Semiconductors was acquired by IXYS Corporation in January, 2002. Headquartered in Santa Clara, California, IXYS Corporation designs, manufactures, and markets a broad spectrum of power semiconductors, including Power MOSFETs, IGBTs, Ultra-fast Reverse Recovery Diodes, silicon and gallium arsenide Schottky diodes, thyristors and rectifiers, Multi-chip Modules, DCB ceramic substrates and Power Interface Integrated Circuits for the global power market.
